DOMESTIC ORDERS: 

RETURN POLICY 

  • Regular priced items will be accepted for a refund, exchange or credit note for up to 7 days after the delivered date.
  • The cost of the returned parcel is will not be paid by Lap of Luxury.
  • You must contact us at info@shoplapofluxury.com to inform us that you will sending back item(s) for a refund, exchange or credit note.
  • All merchandise must be received back in its original state.
  • It must have not been worn, altered, damaged and free of any stains, orders, or distinct smells including perfume.
  • All tags must be attached when returned.
  • Items will be verified upon return before any refund or exchange is issued.

EXCHANGE AND REFUND PROCESS

  • Exchanges and refunds will be processed in reference to the exchange inquiry form and processed within 3-5 business days.
  • The exchange form must be provided in the returned parcel and can be retrieved by contacting info@shoplapofluxury.com (if required)
  • Please ensure to print and fill out the exchange inquiry form and include it in the parcel before sending it back to us (if required)
  • Lap of Luxury is not responsible for any return delivery fees.
  • We will however send back the exchange with no charge.
  • Once we receive your item and confirm that it is in original condition, a confirmation email will be sent to you once your credit note or exchange has been processed.

NON-RETURNABLE

  • Sale and promo items are not eligible for an exchange or credit note.
  • Items purchased on sale (Boxing day, Black Friday, Cyber Monday)
  • Discounted items
  • Items purchased with a promo code
  • Bodysuits and intimate related items
  • Annual sale items are all final sale no exceptions (no price adjustments will be made for annual sale items)

SHIPPING FEES

  • Shipping fees are not refundable.
  • Shipping fees will be deducted from the total amount for all item(s) which are sent back for a credit note or refund.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

  • Price adjustments will be given to customer up to 7 days after their order has been placed if an item(s) has decreased in price.
  • No price adjustments to items that fall on promo.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

  • Same conditions apply as domestic orders
  • Please write the word “Return” on the parcel for customs clarification if your order was delivered outside of Canada.
